1. Purchase Terms & Warranty Information
Non-Refundable Policy: Please be advised that all sales are final. All goods sold are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash or store credit.
Warranty Documentation: Customers are required to retain their original purchase receipt or invoice. This documentation is mandatory for validating any future warranty claims with the manufacturer.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Product Exchanges
In the event that a product exhibits a verifiable manufacturing defect, Tangent Radio offers a one-time exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the transaction must meet the following criteria:
Proof of Purchase: A valid, original purchase receipt or tax invoice must be presented.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned completely unused, in their original, pristine, and unaltered product packaging, including all original boxes, internal padding, documentation, and complete accessories. We strictly cannot accept exchanges for items missing their original packaging.
3. Exclusions and Ineligible Items
To maintain safety, operational integrity, and fairness, the following items are strictly ineligible for exchange:
Installed Fixtures: Appliances or fixtures that have already been installed, mounted, or wired (including, but not limited to, Ceiling Fans, Water Heaters, and built-in units).
Used Items: Any electrical home, audio, or kitchen appliances that have been operated, used, or show signs of wear.
4. Limitation of Liability
One-Time Exchange Limit: Exchanges are limited to a maximum of one (1) incident per original purchase receipt. The replacement item provided is final and is not eligible for any subsequent exchanges or returns.
